"We got the dreaded letter from our HOA notifying us that our house needed to be painted. But I was prepared! Diaz Pro Painting painted a few other homes in our neighborhood over the last couple years, and after seeing their quality work live in person, I had made a mental note for when it would inevitably be our turn. I am picky about who I hire to do work on my home, and Diaz Pro Painting checked off all my boxes: local, social media and internet presence, good reviews, licensed and bonded. I loved being able to do everything online: it was very easy to schedule an appointment for a quote and there is also the option to pay online. On the day of the quote, Felipe came over on time and walked me through the entire process, highlighting what would be done on each day. I personally appreciated that the rest of our contact was via text and email (Idk, I just don't like talking on the phone). Our original start date had to be pushed back two days due to rain, which was not a problem for me. The team showed up promptly each morning and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day - actually, the yard looked cleaner each day? Our home is tall with a very narrow space between the house and the fence, but the guys were able to navigate it safely and efficiently without sacrificing quality. I didn't get a chance to watch them work the ladders, but I just cannot get over how they were able to paint the high up soffits! They were meticulous in taping off outlet covers and doorknobs, and they took their time to ensure everything looked perfect.
