Cabinets that look factory-finished

Cabinet painting for Salinas kitchens and bathrooms.

We remove doors and hardware, label everything, then degrease, sand and prime every surface. Doors are sprayed off-site or in a sealed area, and cabinet boxes are sprayed in place with the kitchen fully masked.

We use urethane-modified enamels that cure hard and resist chips, grease and scrubbing. Staining and two-tone designs are available too.

FAQs

About cabinet painting

Is painting cabinets cheaper than replacing them?

Yes, usually by a wide margin. Painting typically costs a fraction of new cabinets and takes days instead of weeks.

Can I use my kitchen during the project?

Partly. Expect limited kitchen use for 4 to 6 days while boxes are masked and doors are curing. We'll plan the schedule with you.

Will the paint chip?

Not with proper prep. Sanding, bonding primer and a cured enamel topcoat give a durable, wipeable finish. Handle doors gently for the first two weeks while the paint fully hardens.

Do you replace hardware?

We can install new knobs and pulls you choose, or reinstall your existing hardware. Just let us know before we start.
